Shopify Collabs is Shopify's affiliate app for creators. Brands on Shopify use it to run creator programs, and creators use it to find brands, generate affiliate links, accept gifts or discount codes, track sales and get paid. Commissions are paid through automatic payouts twice a month once a creator's balance reaches $25, after a holding period each brand sets.

As of this review, Shopify's help center says Collabs isn't accepting new creator signups. A creator can currently get an account only by being invited by a brand or by applying through a brand's own program and being approved.
