1. The service
MyCatalog lets you create a public storefront page that links to products at third-party retailers using affiliate links you supply. We do not sell products, process payments for products, or take any share of your affiliate commissions.
2. Your account and content
You are responsible for the links, images, and text on your storefront, for having the right to use them, and for complying with the terms of the affiliate programs and retailers you link to, including disclosure requirements. We may remove content or disable accounts that violate these terms or the law.
3. Product information
Prices, images, and product details are collected automatically at the time you add a link and may be out of date. Retailer pages are the source of truth for current pricing and availability.
4. Plans and billing
The Free plan is free. Pro is billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice.
5. Disclaimer
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for lost commissions, indirect damages, or third-party actions.
6. Reports and takedowns
Every storefront carries a “Report this store” link. Reports of counterfeit goods, misleading claims, content you own, or anything unlawful go to info@dealhawkpro.io; we review them promptly and may hide products or disable accounts while we do. Rights holders should include the storefront URL and the basis of the claim.
