Pick a lane
"Deals" is too broad to grow. Followers stick with pages that are predictably useful to them: Amazon home finds under $25, Walmart clearance, baby gear, tools, deals for one city. Pick the niche you would follow yourself, and make sure the retailers in it have affiliate programs you can join.
Join the programs first
Most deals pages run on Amazon Associates plus one or two others, such as Walmart Creator or Target's affiliate program. Join before you start posting so every deal earns from day one. Amazon reviews new Associates accounts after their first qualifying sales, so read its policies early.
Find deals every day
You need a steady supply of real discounts. A few places to look:
- InfluShop's Deal Finder lists today's discounts across supported retailers, and you can add one to your store in a click
- Price-drop alerts on products already in your store, sent by email or to Discord
- Retailer clearance and weekly ad pages for the stores in your niche
- Your own followers. Ask them what they're shopping for and go find it on sale
Set up the account
- 1
Create the Instagram account and switch it to a professional account so you can see insights.
- 2
Create a free InfluShop store and add shelves such as Today's deals, Under $25 and Clearance.
- 3
Put the store link first in your bio.
- 4
Post each deal to Stories with a link sticker pointing at the product, and save the best ones to Highlights named after your shelves.
- 5
Use feed posts and Reels for the biggest deals and say "link in bio, Today's deals shelf" since captions aren't clickable.
Keep it honest
Expired deals kill a deals page faster than anything. InfluShop re-checks prices daily and marks drops and 30-day lows on each card, and it can hide sold-out products automatically, so the bio link stays current even when you can't. Put the time you checked the price on posts, and read Amazon's policy section on showing prices before you quote Amazon prices.
Disclose on every post and Story, for example "I earn a commission from links on this page." The FTC expects it next to the recommendation.
